Starting afresh is acool.

Today marks a new era of awesomeness (not really), as I’m declaring this site relaunched. Unfortunately, it’s contentless — again — but that should change soon. And I mean it this time!

For the time being I’m calling this a “revisioning” even though I’m fairly sure that’s not actually a word. It simply didn’t work last time, and it didn’t end up how I’d pictured it whatsoever. I’m not sure what I’d pictured, but it wasn’t that, so hopefully things will go more smoothly this time.

The issue before was simply one of motivation — namely that I didn’t have any. At all. While I had some decent ideas, I didn’t act on most of them in any sort of timely fashion, and by the end of it I had some 120+ ideas or half-written (more like eighth-written) articles in text files distributed in no particular fashion in a folder on my desktop.

Directly after realizing this I literally said “Fuck it!” out loud and took the site down. Well, now it’s back in a much simpler, more casual, and more personal form. I’m hoping that taking any perceived pressure off myself will result in much more frequent posts, and giving myself a wider spectrum of topics should help as well.

If not then I give up!
